Tina is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of leading successful federal and state contract proposals across a wide range of industries, including IT, business process management, health IT, and clinical services. Specializing in large, complex proposals, Tina has played a key role in securing GWACs, IDIQs, and multimillion-dollar contracts, driving growth, and positioning organizations for success in highly competitive government contracting environments.

Prior to joining Sky Solutions, Tina served in leadership positions at Oddball, ERP International, and CNSI, where she played a pivotal role in developing winning proposals for high-value federal contracts in the healthcare and IT sectors.

Throughout her career, Tina has been committed to continuous process improvement, streamlining growth workflows, and implementing new tools and technologies to enhance team efficiency. In addition to driving growth, Tina’s experience includes program delivery across commercial, federal, state, and higher education, managing large, complex programs with over 100 FTEs. Tina is highly skilled in managing cross-functional teams, mentoring staff, and fostering collaborative environments that drive proposal and operational success.

With a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of North Texas, Tina combines analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to deliver solutions that align with both client needs and organizational goals. Known for her strategic thinking, leadership, and expertise in competitive capture, Tina has earned a reputation as a trusted leader in the federal contracting and proposal management space.
