Liane Christopher is the Director of Federal Delivery Services at Sky Solutions, where she leads critical programs within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Office of National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC). Under her leadership, Sky Solutions consistently delivers high-quality, agile solutions, achieving top CPARs and transformative outcomes for customers.
With over 20 years of experience in project, program, and portfolio management, Liane brings an innovative approach to federal contracting. She empowers teams to drive measurable ROI through cost savings and quality improvements, leveraging ISO and CMMI standards. Her expertise in CI/CD and automated testing has been transformative for clients, while her emphasis on HCD and change management ensures our solutions enhance user experience and deliver lasting impact.
Since joining Sky Solutions five years ago, Liane has expanded the company’s footprint with the SSA and DOJ. She established the ISO and CMMI standards within the Delivery Center of Excellence and Project Management Office. She manages our partnerships with a concentrated focus with ServiceNow and Scaled Agile.
Liane holds many professional certifications, including PMP, Scaled Agile, and ServiceNow, and has earned several awards and accolades for her contributions to the industry.
